I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the organisers of Greenhill, Bradway and Woodseats Scout Groups, Just Classics and its officials from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death or injury to myself, howsoever caused, arising out of or in conjunction with this entry or my taking part in the event, and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said body, its officials, servants, agents or representatives. As the venue is a school playing area, owners/drivers of exhibits are respectfully reminded to provide drip trays etc. to prevent the playing areas from being contaminated. All drip trays, rags, cardboard etc. must be removed from the site at or before the close of the show.
